3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
– Grant appropriate access to advertising accounts, analytics platforms, and other tools as needed
– Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
– Comply with all applicable advertising platform policies and regulations
– Maintain ownership and responsibility for your advertising accounts, assets, and budgets
4. Payment Terms
– Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice
– Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon
– Late payments may result in suspension of services
– All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Fulfillment Policy, which includes:
– Services: Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds may be prorated based on work completed.
– Digital Products: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
– Subscriptions: May be canceled at any time. No further charges will be incurred after the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property
– Our Materials: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Untethered Office and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
– Client Materials: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
– Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment.
7. Advertising Account Ownership
You retain full ownership of all advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) at all times. Untethered Office operates as a service provider with delegated access. Upon termination of services, we will ensure a smooth transition of account management.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, performance data, customer information, and financial details. This obligation survives the termination of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
– Untethered Office provides services on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific advertising results, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes.
– Advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competition, and budget levels.
– To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untethered Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
– Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Untethered Office, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve working with third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and others. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms’ policies, features, pricing, or availability. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms of service.
12. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
– Use the site for any unlawful purpose
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
– Interfere with the proper functioning of the site
– Collect or harvest any information from the site without consent
