Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our services and digital products. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• For services, refunds are offered if the service was not provided as agreed upon in the contract.

• Refund requests for digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase and only if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be provided once accessed or downloaded unless there is a technical issue.

 

Delivery Policy

For services:

• Once purchased, we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the service and discuss any project details.

For digital products:

• Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. If there are any issues accessing the product, please contact us for support.

 

Return Policy

As we provide services and digital products, returns are not applicable. However:

• For services, if the outcome does not meet the agreed-upon terms, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include revisiting the work or providing a refund based on the situation.

• Digital products cannot be returned once accessed. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your order.

 

Cancellation Policy

For services:

• Cancellations require 30 days’ notice from either party, as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

• A prorated refund may be issued if the service is canceled within the contract period, depending on the amount of work already completed.

For subscriptions:

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No further charges will be incurred after the current billing cycle.
