WEEKS 1 TO 6
You build the basics your marketing runs on: documentation, core systems, and automations for the repetitive jobs that eat your week.
WEEKS 7 TO 12
You troubleshoot what the first half surfaced, then build more advanced systems and AI agents on a foundation that holds.
Every step happens on your accounts, your data, and your actual problems. When the 12 weeks end, you know the process and you own everything you built.

Google Ads and Meta: structure, bidding, optimization, and reading account data well enough to argue with it.

The standalone track. We start with the systems you need most and cover the full stack from there.
Every track includes the AI side of the work: automating the repetitive parts and building agents where they earn their place.
Seats are volunteered, never assigned. One to two people per company, and each one applies personally, even when the company pays. The work runs on AI, so this only works at a company that lets you use it for your daily work.
